Elyria Doctor Appeals Conviction and License Revocation
A Lorain County doctor, Somnath Roy, appeals his four felony gross sexual imposition counts and two misdemeanor sexual imposition counts from a 2012 trial, seeks to overturn the conviction and license loss, and argues trial counsel should have put him on the stand.
