Crouse-Hinds to resubmit Northeast Bypass traffic plan
Safety Director Dale Kellogg said Crouse-Hinds traffic signal consultants will submit a new proposal for seals on the Northeast Bypass early next week after officials surveyed needs. A prior proposal was rejected by the state highway department for low counts. A new police count and meetings with Ohio Edison officials on lighting costs are planned, while a city proposal to sell light poles for about 26 000 is unsettled pending highway approval.
