Ohio bill would allow murder convictions for out of state killings
In Columbus Ohio lawmakers introduced a bill to let the state convict people for murders that begin with crimes in Ohio but end with killings in other states. Rachel Miha mourns son Briar whose 1999 kidnapping and execution in Pennsylvania sparked the proposal.
