Radically redraws 13th District in Ohio plan
Ohio General Assembly submitted a redistricting plan that shifts Erie and Huron counties out of the 13th into the 8th and adds portions of southern Cuyahoga and Summit counties to the 13th. The plan, now before a Cleveland federal court, could be appealed to the Supreme Court. Rep. Charles Mosher warns the shift would make the district more suburban and less cohesive.
