The Storm That Struck a Minister in Springfield
The piece recalls a tent revival in Springfield Indiana where Rev John Timber preached a stark question about preparedness as lightning killed two ministers on stage. A lightning bolt later struck the Sunnybrook minister’s home, leaving him blind and pondering his own readiness during the days that followed. A Robherwee perspective appears in an eight part feature to be shown at the heon theatre for a run of three performances.
