Plea deal spares white supremacist from death penalty
Buford O Farrow a 39 year old white supremacist pleaded guilty to 16 federal charges for a 1999 San Fernando Valley attack at the North Valley Jewish Community Center. He will serve life in prison without parole after admitting to the murder of mailman Ito and wounding five others. The plea ends prosecutors pursuit of the death penalty citing Farrow’s long mental health history and prior psychiatric help.
