U S Marshal's Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Arzell Nash, 29, on Edith Court N E Canton at 9 a m Friday. Nash is the subject of a 2013 Lorain Our Club Bar shooting. he was listed as Fugitive of the Week in December 2013 and on the Dangerous Dozen list.
