Three Workers Hurt in Lorain Plant Accident
REP spokesman John Willoughby said one of three subcontractor workers remained hospitalized on Thursday with non life threatening injuries after a fall at Republic Engineering Products No 3 blast furnace. The men from Stevens Painton Corp. fell an estimated 30 to 40 feet and were flown to Metro Health Medical Center after initial care at Community Health Partners in Lorain.
