Young Driver Gets License Without Test in 1915
An unusual 1915 license story notes a mother taking her child to the State Capitol to obtain a license from the Department of Engineering Motor Vehicle Division. There was no statutory age limit at the time, and the license was issued without a driving test. The narrator, Phayer, retains the original license.
