Man who tried to burn son to death to be free

Gasoline spill minimal damage in Alaska Inside Passage

Coast Guard says about 57,600 gallons of gasoline spilled from the grounded tanker Frank H. Brown in Wrangell Narrows near Petersburg. It was refloated and moved to Scow Bay, where divers found a two-foot tank hole. Officials report minimal harm to fish and wildlife as the fuel broke up and evaporated.
