Fire destroys 1948 Cucco family home in Columbia Twp

Vermilion monkey euthanized after biting man at dealership

Brodi the 2 year old spider monkey, kept by Jacob Ruehlman of Vermilion, was quarantined after biting a dealership employee at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet. He was transported to Erie County and euthanized to test for rabies. Ruehlman learned of the death the next morning.
