Businessman buys former Lorain Catholic High School building
Local businessman Todd Roby purchased the former Lorain Catholic High School at 760 Tower Blvd for 400,000 after 16 months of talks with the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. Built in 1969 the 119,058 square foot, 29-acre site has been dormant since 2004 with a cell tower generating 1300 a month. Roby plans no demolition and is evaluating several offers while keeping faith considerations in mind.
