Four day forecast notes cold snap and snow showers

The forecast keeps a cold air pattern across the region into midweek with occasional snow showers. Lake Erie winds are west at 15 to 25 knots with 5 to 8 foot waves and visibility under a mile. Snow is rare in Florida with first recorded Miami Beach snow in 1977. Tampa reported 0.25 inch and Plant City 2 inches.

Strickland warns Ohio budget faces tighter spending limits
