Television in Review: Christie, Benny, Omnibus On TV

TV critic William Ewald surveys recent tele- plays and specials. Agatha Christie’s Ten Little Indians on NBC-TV shows a tight but rushed one hour staging with Nina Foch Barry Jones and Kenneth Haigh. Bob Hope’s NBC patchwork special is judged mediocre. NBC Omnibus offers a three-story Perelman Hollywood casserole with uneven finish. Meet the Press faces biased questions as Mikoyan outdiplomats the panel. Naked City advances a cast change with John McIntyre replaced by Horace McMahon.
