Students medics save a life at University of Dayton dorm
An 18-year-old student fell from a bunk and was rescued by UD's all-volunteer student paramedic squad. Formed in 1992 with 19 EMTs, the group trains 100 hours and handles 7 pm to 7 am calls, risking burnout but delivering rapid life saving care on campus.
