Driver Is Fined After Charge Is Reduced
Howard R. Hafferkamp aged 65 of 1026 Middle Ave. was fined $230 in Elyria Municipal Court for a reduced charge of failure to have control of his car. He had been charged with driving while intoxicated on January 12, with the charge reduced on the prosecutor’s motion and the defendant pled guilty.
