Court Restricts Lewis Court Use
A temporary restraining order restricting use of Lewis Court off East Bridge Street was granted this week by Common Pleas Judge John Pin via. The injunction, sought by Peter L. Christiaan and residents, bars Eric Ligotke and Robert O'Donnell and their associates from driving through the court as it is not a dedicated street, a point the city lacked jurisdiction over. Residents argued Ligotke the contractor and O'Donnell of the Bob O'Donnell Disputing Co used access at the end of the court to the detriment of those living there.

Bound Over To Grand Jury In Fatal Accident
Daniel Feher was bound over to the Lorain County Grand Jury on a second degree manslaughter charge after preliminary hearings in Ilvria mayor's court. Bond was continued at 1000.
