Fire damages Huffman home on Schramm Road
A basement and living room fire at the W. B. Huffman residence on Schramm Road was discovered at 3:35 p m by Mr Huffman. The blaze started from a faulty hot water heater and spread up the stairs. Fire crews battled the flames but sent a family to safety and noted damage from heat and melted seams on the cold air return. No estimate of damage given.
