Columbia Gas of Ohio will reduce bills from February 1 through April 30, lowering a typical residential bill using 10,000 cubic feet by 7.57 dollars to about 6.10 dollars. The company filed with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, and the cut does not require regulator approval. Last year prices rose by 9.35, then fell 10.28 in March.
