GM X-body cars face brake defect prompting recall risk
The NHTSA warned owners of about 320000 1980 X-body GM cars including the Chevrolet Citation Pontiac Phoenix Oldsmobile Omega and Buick Skylark about a brake defect that could lock and spin the car. A meeting is set for Feb 14 to hear GM's input before a potential recall order.
