Celeste and Leonard Begin Second Term in Ohio
Gov. Richard Celeste and Lt. Gov. Paul Leonard took oaths at the Ohio Statehouse in a chilly ceremony attended by about 3,000 people. A later inaugural ball drew 4,000 ticket holders as U.S. Senators Metzenbaum and Glenn joined dignitaries. Other Democrats sworn in include Anthony Celebrezze, Thomas Ferguson, Sherrod Brown, and Mary Ellen Withrow.
