Baby-sitting basics course offered by Red Cross in Grafton
The American Red Cross Lorain County Chapter sponsors a Baby-sitting Basics course for 11 to 12 year olds with two sessions on January 25 and February at Grafton Midview Public Library 933 Main St Grafton. The program covers games childcare safety first aid and costs 35 including textbook and kit. Registration requires advance payment to the Lorain County Chapter.

Lorain couple sues doctor and hospital over birth injuries
April Sharick Duane Menges and their daughter Riley Menges filed suit against Dr Mohammed Sharbeck his professional group and Community Health Partners hospital claiming negligence led to shoulder dystocia during birth on December 16 2000 and the child suffered Erb's Palsy in the right arm seeking damages over 25000.
