Democrats reverse policy on donations
The Democratic National Committee lifted its self imposed ban on accepting money from non citizens living in the United States and allowed donations from green card holders. The move ends a controversial cap of 100000 dollars and comes as the party faces fundraising pressure and questions about foreign contributions.
