Elyria man dies in Cleveland I-490 crash
James Wells IV, 45, of Elyria, died at the scene in a two vehicle crash on I-490 near East 55th Street in Cleveland. A 37 year old Cleveland woman passenger died at MetroHealth Medical Center. The other driver, a 34 year old woman, remains unnamed. The crash is under investigation.
