Fransetta was re elected chairman of the Columbia Zoning Board of Appeals for the coming year at an organizational meeting Monday night. William Brendza named vice chairman and William Cahn re elected secretary for a new five year term. Harold Rabung and Gilbert Heinrichs complete the five member board with Heinrichs filling the remaining four year term. Meeting dates set for the second Monday each month if needed. cutoff for filing cases is the 15th of the month for hearing the following month.
