COLUMBUS The cabinet of Frank J Lausche who will become Governor this afternoon was completed today with Maj. Gen. Leo M. Kreber of Columbus named as adjutant general. Kreber, veteran of two world wars and hero of the Pacific, will supervise the state's national guard and direct plans for a name guard if federalized. He is 52, West Point 1918 graduate, and served with the 37th Division from 1940 to 1945, with campaigns at Guad Canal, New Georgia, Bougainville, the Fiji Islands and the Philippines. Waldman of Cleveland, biographer of Lincoln, was named state director of industrial relations and is slated to be personal secretary to the Governor post, still to be filled. Ralph Locher is expected to be executive secretary. Waldman, 51, born in Russia, studied at Western Reserve University, Ohio bar 1919, and has held various civic roles. Continued on Page 2.

Three Safe Crackers Captured in Cleveland Night
Three burglars were captured at Meisner Brothers Inc in Cleveland Saturday night. Patrolman Joseph Kristoff, on beat since January 16, spotted pounding at the rear of the store and held the scene until reinforcements arrived. The suspects were William A. Moore Cornelius Porter and Henry Jackson, held on breaking and entering and safe tampering charges awaiting arraignment. Police linked the trio to other heists at Gartnersville Roll Arena and Lorain Coliseum with $1,602 $85 and $1,009 taken respectively.
