Star ejected from Taurus group drifts into space alone
In Taurus, a young star named T Tauri Sb was gravitationally ejected from its quadruple system after a close pass with two larger stars. The probe tracked its path from 1983 through 1995, when a near miss with T Tauri Sa accelerated it, potentially sending it to wander the galaxy solo.
