Shocking evidence in Nebraska murder trial unfolds
In Lincoln County Nebraska jurors hear from Deputy County Attorney Marvin Holscher about Erwin Simants who is accused of killing six members of the Kellie family in Sutherland. Holscher says Simants confessed twice saying I just killed the Kellies and I am coming home. Simants 30, faced a seven women and five men jury as reporters entered the courtroom for the first time since a gag order.
