Peggy A Dock Holfelder 80 of Cumberland Rhode Island died December 15 2008 at her son’s home. She was born March 30 1928 in Cleveland Ohio and was married to Robert G. Holfelder for 60 years. She lived in Amherst 1985 to 2007 and served as organist choir director and volunteer insurance counselor. Memorial service set for January 10 2009 at St John’s United Church of Christ Lorain. Lorain defense attorney Mike Duff and Assistant County Prosecutor Mike Kinlin pleaded not guilty to charges they failed to maintain properties in Elyria. Duff sent a letter pleading not guilty for 519 Woodland Ave. He is making repairs to the property. Kinlin, linked to 236 Fifth St., did not comment on the case.
