Dog Ari Loses Bid to Sue Airline in Federal Court
U S District Judge Michael Telesca dismissed the lawsuit filed by Carl Feinstock and Susan Fowler-Feinstock over USAir handling of their blind,deaf, arthritic 15 year old dog Ari. The court ruled the dog is not a citizen and cannot sue. The case sought 50000 dollars in damages after Ari was left on a Tampa airport conveyor belt while owners flew home to Rochester.
