Elyrian Ordered to Lima State Hospital
A 42 year old Elyria man charged with auto theft was found mentally ill and ordered to Lima State Hospital yesterday by Lorain County Common Pleas Judge LeRoy Kelly. Edward Dickey of 26 Parmely Avenue will be returned to Lorain County to stand trial on the auto theft charge when restored to reason. He was arrested in the theft last July 2.
