Court Won't Hear Gas Price Case Denied in Supreme Court
The Supreme Court refused to hear a challenge by independent gas station operators led by Murray Anderson and Joseph Grish. They argued price controls by the Cost of Living Council unfairly favored company outlets and harmed 165,000 independents.
