Graften residents recount the New Year and Christmas visits as Mrs Woodings hosted a dinner at 1 o clock Thursday. Zelme Mycre traveled to Kigela and Mr Milley spent New York with friends. Several local families held New Year’s gatherings and a dance. The annual meeting highlighted teachers and a planned program for the year with farmers from the township present.
The Belden Farm Club hosted an oyster supper and dance to ring in the new year. A large crowd gathered at the H Rogers home with festivities concluding the old year. The Lorain County Farm Bureau Association holds its regular annual meeting Saturday January 10 at 10 o clock in the court house. The bureau has grown large this year and provided valuable services to its members and local farmers. Interest in Farm Bureau work is rising across the county and Ohio.
