Rezoning passes for 50 acres of Nagy orchard in Elyria Township
Elyria Township trustees voted unanimously to rezone 50 acres off Lake Avenue for about 120 single family homes, despite objections and a petition with over 200 signatures. Lake Murray LLC outlined a plan for 118 homes, a retention basin, and ditch cleanup, while residents push a referendum to put the matter on the November ballot.
