Ramada Inn Reynolds rezoning eyed for Elyria site
A six story Ramada Inn planned for 8.6 acres at the north corporation line west of Route 97 seeks city council approval to rezone from M-1 to B-3. Owner Arthur Stroh of Sandusky says construction could start next spring with a 120 room motel and restaurant. He partners with Joseph Brennan to hold the Ramada franchise. A related 7.9 acre inquiry near 50th and 52nd Streets prompted a rezoning move from M-1 to B-1 after planners sought more detail.
