Outlaws Trapped After Six Officers Slain
Houston, Tex Jan 5 Police stormed a house where Harry and Jennings Young Missouri outlaws accused of six killings were trapped. Jennings was dead, Harry wounded and later died. The brothers fought since Saturday in a large manhunt after the Springfield Missouri shootings. Police poured tear gas and fired into the cottage as detectives reached the bathroom where the pair lay. Identification was confirmed by a police expert. The Youngs had split from two gang members and fled in a stolen car to Texas where Harry's new wife lives. A posse held the Walker avenue hideout in Houston's east end.
