Jeremy Blum was wounded and listed in fair condition. State and local investigators pursue the case as the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification leads the probe. The center monitoring Ferryman, previously found not guilty by reason of insanity, notes rare but possible readjustment scenarios for conditional release.
