Lorain Promotes ONeal to Associate Executive Director
Thomas P. O Neal is named associate executive director of Lorain Community Hospital by Executive Director Paul Balcom. He has served as assistant executive director since January and holds a Rutgers University bachelor’s degree and a masters in hospital administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. He previously worked five years as assistant administrator at Williamsburg Community Hospital in Virginia. He and his wife Sue and their two children live in Lorain.
