Kenneth Ralph Atkinson died February 18 2016 in Florida after a brief cancer related illness. He retired after 46 years with Columbia Gas of Ohio as Manager of Technical Training. He is survived by his wife Mary and children, including Linda Denise Dave John and Paul, plus 15 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Ken, a longtime Elyria Little League coach and OSU Buckeye enthusiast, died leaving a family including daughter-in-law Julie Cherng, stepdaughter Molly Anderson, and six step-grandchildren. He loved photography, golfing, travel, and family. A life celebration will be planned in Ohio with interment at Union Cemetery, Columbus.
