Manning picks new Lorain County prosecutor after vote

Nine deer plunge to death from Garfield Bridge
Nine deer leapt from an 80 foot high Garfield Bridge over the Black River Tuesday. Don Camp, who owns a shop nearby, watched as deer crossed traffic and jumped to the riverbank while vehicles approached. Sheffield police logged calls starting at 3 02 pm.

I 90 254 Interchange Opens With First Phase
The I 90 and State Route 254 interchange switches to red yellow and green at 11 15 a m Tuesday providing relief for drivers. A final coat of asphalt and new lane lines remain and the project was not finished yet though ahead of schedule. Two left turn lanes onto each direction will exist once complete. Through lanes are open.
