Glaxo blocks Flonase generic sales in restraining order
GlaxoSmithKline won a temporary restraining order halting shipments and sales of Roxane Laboratories and Par Pharmaceutical generic Flonase alternatives. The 10 day order, issued by a Baltimore judge, follows GSK’s suit alleging FDA approval flaws and seeks to lift after March 6 hearing. GlaxoSmithKline reported 921 million in U.S. Flonase sales last year.
