Large Crowd At Installation Of DeMolay Officers

A large crowd attended the public installation of officers of the David J Nye chapter of DeMolay in the Fiks lodge room. The event was conducted by New Brook Chapter of Cleveland under Advisor Ellsworth Maibauer. Several officers were installed to serve the coming years, with Richard Graham as Master Councilor and a full slate of councilors and stewards. A social period followed with dancing, and a corsage was given to Mrs. Graham. A separate collision on Cleveland Street damaged two cars earlier that morning.

Teen Aged Slayers On Trial For Murder

Witnesses for the defense will resume testimony in the first degree murder trial of Donald Frohner and Arthur Chapman in Youngstown. The two youths are charged in the January 13 killing of Ashtabula salesman William C. Spieth on Route 62 near Canfield.
