Merger Proposal Considered By Lorain County Auto Club
The Lorain County Automobile Club plans to dissolve and merge with the Cleveland Automobile Club. The move, approved by the Lorain directors, requires a member vote at a special meeting March 6 at St Paul’s Church. The asset transfer and assumption of liabilities would create a Elyria office with a Cleveland secretary and enhanced service for motorists.
