Harbor Sediment Containment Settlement and May Dredging Plan

Roundup reports the Corps and Ohio EPA reached a settlement over harbor sediment containment from 2016 2017 with the Corps planning dredging in May. The EPA said they are glad to move past the dispute while the Corps declined to discuss terms. In Alliance five Alliance High School freshmen were arrested for a school shooting plot ruled a false alarm with no weapons found and no lockdown. A Urbana judge ruled on the confession of a teen accused of shooting two students.
