Third man in murder case turns himself in
Cordell Smith, 18, the third of three Elyria men sought in the Aug. 29 robbery murder of Karl Myers, 21, surrendered to Cleveland homicide detectives at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center about 3:30 p.m. He was arrested with an attorney present and held in the Juvenile Detention Center.
