Born in Milan 1653 he came to America as a child and began as a barber in a Chicago hotel at 16. He later organized his own company and became vice president of Atlas Exchange Bank before it was closed by a state examiner. He partnered with John W Worthington the promoter jailed for mail fraud. together they wrecked banks and reimbursed many defrauded. Marcino took over the Perris California bank and vanished with 40000. He fled to Mexico City then Italy before returning to control the First National Bank of Warren Massachusetts which closed after 209000 vanished. Once a barber boy he became a hunted financier roaming the western hemisphere.
