Oberlin Schools cut busing to private schools

Recovery Court graduates first class in Lorain County

Six overdoses prompt Elyria safety response

Elyria police and fire teams responded to at least six opioid overdoses on Tuesday none yet confirmed as fatal. A late evening call near West River Road followed an address on Purdue Avenue where police investigated a 33 year old woman perceived lethargic and unsteady, denying drug use as responders entered the home.
