Two shot in downtown Elyria
Two men were wounded in a 2:28 a.m. shooting in a downtown Elyria parking area near Uncle Vic’s Nightclub. Norman Phillips Jr. and Mosley 18 were treated and released after being transported to EMH and MetroHealth. Police recovered a .45 and a .38 at the scene. Phillips has a lengthy police record.
