Teen Driver Education Turns Hard Lessons Into Skill
Grove City teenager Ashley Dammeyer drives her dad’s truck for the first time crashing into a stopped minivan. Others in the program include Wor thington teen Bradley Polivka who swerved toward a school bus. Jordan Kroger wrecked the family car minutes after dropping his sister at a relative’s home. The program, run by House and Bloom, suspends licenses and sends youths to juvenile court with reduced fees. Doug Heard guides practice on wet pavement as teens learn to brake and steer, turning fear into capability.
