Death of Milan teen to be reviewed by prosecutors
Milan Township teenager Matthew Stegman, 19, died from a head injury February 14 at Providence Hospital in Sandusky after a call reporting he was spitting up blood at 303 Gumwood Road. Erie County coroner Dr. Thomas Nesgoda ruled the preliminary cause of death a homicide. No arrests have been made as investigators await test results and case files to determine official charges.
